Join Jennifer for a 50 minute full body barre-esque workout on the beautiful Schuylkill Trail. Barre Blend is a combination of all of Jennifer's favorite barre style moves, combined with fun and dynamic body weight and banded exercises. This class is great for just getting your body moving and improving your mobility, mind-body connection, and ...pain threshold. :) Jennifer's classes are extremely easy to follow. There isn't a ton of choreography involved -and she'll remind you 100 times that you can move to your own beat at your own pace whenever you want. Her warm up always starts slow with breath work and yoga, and before you know it your doing push-ups, glute work and core exercises. There is always a designated arm series & thigh series (mostly without a barre) and then you'll end with a little more glute and core work on the mat before stretching. *Bring your own mat. All other equipment is provided.
