If you have a gym space, or equipment at home, JEN can come to you, otherwise you can meet at one of the locations below.

  • Practice Yoga CO-OP (Queen Village)

  • Focus (Rittenhouse)

Minimum of two sessions per week.

Hybrid Training Plans

Hybrid Training plans are 4-6 weeks long and include 1 weekly in-person session with Jen, 2-3 written independent workouts plus ongoing support via text and email.
